After attempting to sell our home privately for six long, painful weeks and after six weekends of unsuccessful open-houses we decided to list with James and Peter. It was not our house that was the problem, it was the fact that we were just opening our home to alot of "lookers" and "tire-kickers" and not to people that were actual qualified buyers. I thought I’d say a few words about my great experience in using the Townhouse Guys. With their marketing and advertising strategies, there was a quick flow of people to view the house. But the best support they provided was in dealing with two very difficult buyer agents. They applied a lot of pressure to sell the house well below market value, and chose to be very unprofessional in their manner and approach. James and Peter never once dropped down to their level and never failed to represent my interests. They research everything extensively and know the accurate market value of a home. They will stand by their client in difficult situations and provide incredible guidance through the selling process. Through their efforts, the house sold in a short period of time for 100% of the asking price. Personally, as a teacher, I value their integrity and effort and have no reservations in recommending their services to anyone. When considering the sale of such a major asset like a home, there is no doubt that a seller would want to find the best and most professional agent available. I have no doubt that I found the best in James and Peter.
