A few months ago, two Re/Max sales professionals, Peter With and James McCloskey got together to discuss an idea. Both realtors had noticed that the ins and outs of townhouse purchasing and selling presented a unique set of challenges. Since both men were experienced in this area of the real estate world, they decided to join forces and create a sales organization that would focus primarily on the townhouse market.
